SAP on AWS
We move SAP systems out of the data centre onto AWS and take them up to current versions. With no production outage longer than the one agreed.
People usually come to us with one of three things: the hardware contract is ending, SAP support for their release is ending, or finance has seen the data centre invoice. All three have the same deadline — sooner than it looks.
Landscape inventory
What is actually running, how the systems depend on each other, what they really consume. Without this, any estimate is guesswork.
Custom code analysis
We find what will not survive the version change. It is the most common source of slippage in conversion projects, so we do it before the decision, not after.
Target architecture
The AWS design: availability zones, instance sizing, storage, the recovery plan. All of it as code.
Conversion and upgrade
SAP release upgrade, database migration to HANA, ABAP optimisation for the new platform. The order follows whatever is chasing you.
Cutover window
Planned to the minute, with a rollback point at every stage. You know in advance what time the system comes back to users.
Testing and handover
Business process verification on the new environment, documentation, handover to your team — or into our managed service.
