SAP Operations

An operations platform for the SAP systems we run. It collects signals straight from SAP over RFC, surfaces state and risk, and gives the customer the same view we have.

The challenge

SAP operations usually work like this: something breaks, someone raises a ticket, someone reacts. The customer finds out last and only ever sees tickets, never the system. SkynetAI reverses the order — the signal arrives before the ticket, and the view is shared.

How it works

  1. Collection

    RFC and SAPControl probes poll the system on a schedule. Context accumulates continuously, not at the moment of failure.

  2. Signals

    State and risk surface on their own instead of waiting in a log for someone to look.

  3. Work and ownership

    Tasks carry an owner and a history. You can see who picked up what, and where it stands.

  4. Customer view

    The same picture of the system that we have. No reduced "customer edition".
